Pregnancy Yoga

Prepare for birth through carefully curated balancing movement, breath work, myofascial release and meditation. Hannah shares postures for you to use in labour, tools to address fear and anxiety, helping to create ease and confidence in your body as you journey towards meeting your baby.

Along with her 500+ Yoga Medicine hours Hannah has completed a Birth Balance Method Yoga Teacher Training making her a Yoga Alliance certified Pregnancy yoga teacher.

Post Natal & Baby Yoga

A gentle and restorative approach to postpartum recovery and strength, using yoga poses, breath and myofascial release. Baby will move through the class with you, doing poses and be massaged to help aid sleep and digestion. A safe space to connect with your baby and other mummas.

Wednesday's 11am - 12pm Ashburton

£48 for a 4 week block, rolling start, tea and chats at the end.

Must be 6+ weeks postpartumProps included

If you are unable to make a class there is the chance to transfer 1 class of the block to another date.
