All classes are 60 minutes and an intermediate level with modifications for beginners or yogis with injuries. Advanced options are also given for those of you craving a little more fire.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for time to settle in.

Ashburton classes are in my home and the address is released to you when you book your class. Mats and Props are provided.
